Poppy Princess Registration Form

Registration is $275 for New Poppies and $225 for Returning Poppies

Registration fee includes official princess crown, sash, commemorative tee-shirt and, drawstring bag, educational activity and lunch & complementary admittance for one chaperone to the Miss California Volunteer Pageant plus the opportunity to star in the show!

*Please note that is returning poppies need a new crown or sash, they will need to order a new one through the Contestant Fees Shop!
