Tell us about yourself:

Please submit an Unofficial Headshot and Photo ID .
The Headshot will be used to announce you as a contestant on social media once application is finalized and deposit is secured. You will be able to submit an Official Headshot to be used at the pageant through the contestant portal.

The ID will be used to verify age eligibility for competition. It can be a Drivers License, Official State ID or Passport, or High School ID Card.

By signing below, I certify that I am eligible to compete for the title of Miss California Volunteer or Miss California Teen Volunteer based on the following:

I am a medical and legal female,
I have never been married, I am not a parent,
I am a bona fide California resident or full time employee/student,
I am a United States citizen and I am able to compete in all areas of competition.
Miss: Ages 17 - 26, High School Graduate or Equivalent
Teen: Ages 13-18, Still in High School

I understand that for this registration from to be complete I must pay the $150 Non-Refundable Deposit upon submitting the form.

I understand that in order to participate in Orientation, Contestant Lottery, and Pageant Weekend, I must pay the $550 Registration Fee as well as finalize all paperwork requirements by August 22, 2026.

I understand that my deposit and registration fee does not cover the cost of an Official Crown or Sash, but I may purchase one if desired.

I understand that all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, if I choose to not compete in the competition, my fees will be held for ONE YEAR to use in the next pageant cycle.
